Clients agree to:

• Provide clear project requirements, feedback, and timely responses
• Supply necessary content, assets, and approvals
• Pay agreed fees according to the payment schedule

Payment terms are set out in individual proposals or contracts. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated. Late payments may incur interest and/or delay in project delivery.

Upon full payment, Sobota Limited grants clients a non-exclusive license to use the final deliverables for their intended purpose. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All project proposals include a defined number of revisions. Additional revisions or scope changes beyond the original agreement may incur extra charges and will be discussed in advance.

We treat all client materials and information as confidential and will not share or disclose them without permission, except as required by law.

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In the event of cancellation, the client agrees to pay for all work completed up to the termination date. Refunds are not typically issued for work already performed.

While we aim for accuracy and professionalism in all services, Sobota Limited is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Errors in client-provided content or materials
• Delays caused by third parties or client-side actions

By using our website, you agree not to misuse or disrupt our online services. We are not responsible for third-party content linked from our site.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
